Coinageglide Legal Issues - Terms & Conditions of Service

The Terms & Conditions of Service as set forth herein shall govern the relationship between the Participant and Coinageglide Investment Company and are effective immediately after the Participant has made a deposit with the online investment program provided by Coinageglide Investment Company, and shall be valid until the deposit term expires.

The Participant must be of legal age in their country of residence to create an account with Coinageglide Investment Company, and in all cases, the Participant’s minimum age must be 18 years.

The investment scheme and participation in it may be restricted or limited in different jurisdictions. It is understood that it is the responsibility of the Participant to become aware of and comply with all legal provisions and regulations in force in their country of residence with respect to investment practices and procedures, exchange controls, taxes, and related matters.

Coinageglide Investment Company does not offer advice on the suitability of the Company’s services for the Participant’s individual needs, nor does Coinageglide Investment Company provide any judgment on the Participant’s behalf relating to government or tax regulations in particular. It is the responsibility of the Participant to independently assess the suitability of said investment scheme for their particular circumstances. No information on the Coinageglide Investment Company website is to be considered a solicitation or an offer to participate in investment schemes the Company provides.

Every deposit is considered a private transaction between Coinageglide Investment Company and the Participant. As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the Bermuda Securities Act of 1933, the Bermuda Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and the Bermuda Investment Company Act of 1940, and all other rules, regulations, and amendments thereof.

Deposits

Deposits are accepted and paid through Bitcoin, USDT TRC20, BNB, and Ethereum payment systems. Coinageglide Investment Company may consider accepting funds via other payment methods and/or e-currencies when appropriate.

The minimum deposit amount is $200.00, and $1,000,000 is the maximum deposit amount the Participant can allocate with the Company during one day. There is no limit on the number of deposits the Participant can make as long as the maximum daily limit is not exceeded.

Deposits shall begin to earn interest the next business day after they have been placed.

The Participant is provided with a fixed daily interest or return at a rate that depends on the amount of the deposit and the particular investment fund terms. Interests and returns are credited to the Participant’s account balance daily, Monday to Sunday, or as a lump sum at maturity, depending on the investment plan chosen.

The principal amount of the deposit is locked in during the entire investment period and can only be withdrawn after the term’s completion unless included in daily payments. It is credited to the Participant’s account balance at the date of maturity and is available for disposal anytime thereafter.

The funds available in the Participant’s account balance bear no interest and are available for withdrawal or can be deposited again at the Participant’s discretion.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed on a daily basis—Monday to Sunday—directly to the Participant’s e-currency account within 24 hours after the withdrawal request has been submitted. Large withdrawals of interest and principal may take up to 2 business days to process, subject to the availability of correspondent e-currency reserves.

All interest payments and principal withdrawals shall be paid tax-free at source. The Participant understands and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to comply with any laws or regulations regarding the establishment of an account or any interest and withdrawals paid thereon in their jurisdiction.

Anti-Spam Policy

The Company strictly prohibits sending unsolicited mass emails of any kind. Use of spam will not be tolerated, and Coinageglide Investment Company will terminate the account of any Participant caught sending unsolicited advertising messages that harm the Company’s reputation.

Coinageglide Investment Company collects, retains, and uses information about the Participant only for technical and administrative purposes. All collected data will be kept private and will not be exposed to any third parties without the Participant’s permission unless a legal court order is presented.

The Participant agrees to keep all information about their relations with Coinageglide Investment Company—including transaction details, private correspondence, and newsletters—private and not to expose it publicly.

Disclaimer

Coinageglide Investment Company will not be liable for any losses arising from delays in the transmission of funds due to causes beyond its control. Coinageglide Investment Company will not be held responsible for any losses or damages occurring as a result of military force, political intervention, the prescriptions of domestic or foreign authorities, or events occurring as a result of catastrophe or Act of God.

Coinageglide Investment Company will not be liable for any losses arising from the Participant’s failure to keep their computer systems free from malicious software used by third parties to gain unauthorized access to the Participant’s account. It is the Participant’s sole responsibility to check their system for trojans, keyloggers, and other malware.

The Participant agrees to hold the Company harmless from any liability regarding the possible loss of the Participant’s funds during the investment process. The Participant understands that they are investing at their own risk and that past performance of Coinageglide Investment Company is not an explicit guarantee of the same future results.
